This text describes computer programs for simulating phenomena inhydrodynamics gas dynamics and elastic plastic flow in one two and threedimensions. Included in the twodimensional program are Maxwells equationsand thermal and radiation diffusion. The numerical procedures described in thetext permit the exact conservation of physical properties in the solutions ofthe fundamental laws of mechanics. The author also treats materials includingthe use of simulation programs to predict material behavior. «
