This paper introducesintoacquired childhood aphasia with focus on a syndrome called LandauKleffnerSyndrome inwhich aphasia and epilepsy are combined. LandauKleffner Syndromewill be discussed inregard to symptoms aetiology therapy and prognosis.Moreover it will be compared toother forms of acquired childhood aphasia. «
